A thanksgiving prayer service was held in the Holy Dormition Cathedral of the city of Vitebsk on the occasion of the Day of the Preliminary Investigation Officer. The service was led by Bishop Eusebius, vicar of the Vitebsk diocese, co-served by the city clergy. Employees of the department of the investigative committee for the Vitebsk region were present at the prayer service.
