At the Krasnoyarsk Metropolitan District, a Meeting Was Held on Issues of Interaction with Cossackstranslated
On September 22, the head of the department for interaction with Eniseysk Cossacks in the Krasnoyarsk Metropolitan District, military priest of the Eniseysk Military Cossack Community, and parish priest of St. Pantaleimon's Church in Krasnoyarsk, Protopresbyter Andrei Kazantsev, conducted a video conference with eparchial Cossack confessors serving the Eniseysk Military Cossack Community.
The meeting also included participation from a representative of the Synodal Committee for Interaction with Cossacks — the head of the department for interaction with dioceses and state authorities, Presbyter Ioann Malkov.
Participants discussed issues of interaction with Cossack communities and exchanged experiences in organizing joint work. They reviewed the results for the past period and reaffirmed the importance of training Cossack confessors and Cossacks, as well as pastoral care for participants in Special Military Operations and their families.
