It’s good that Bishop Daniel was at the Circle. Here in Yaroslavl, Cossacks also sometimes come to church for services, it is clear that they are trying to teach the youth to order. I wonder what exactly was discussed at the Reporting Circle regarding patriotic education?

Yeah, good to see Bishop Daniel there too. Our priest back in Pittsburgh always says the Cossacks have a long tradition of protecting the faith, so it makes sense they'd tie that into the patriotic education part. Людмила, did they mention anything specific about working with kids or schools?

Thank you, Lyudmila, for writing about Yaroslavl - it’s nice to hear that the Cossacks go to church there too and work with young people. At the Circle they talked a lot about patriotic education through the history of the Siberian army and joint projects with the diocese, especially about working with cadets and schoolchildren. In Yaroslavl, do Cossacks only come to services or do they also help in Sunday school?

It’s good that Bishop Daniel was at the Circle; it’s clear that the cause is common. In Podgorica, Cossacks also sometimes come to the service, especially when they bring young people. I wonder what exactly they decided to work with the cadets, Vera, did they not specify?
