On September 1, 2026, on the first day of the new school year, His Grace Archbishop Jonathan of Abakan and Khakassia performed a prayer service at the beginning of teaching for students and teachers of the Orthodox gymnasium named after St. Innocent of Moscow, the capital of Khakassia. I am glad that the moleben was now held in the new building for the older classes. Archbishop Ionaftan's teaching word before the prayer seems to me the most appropriate moment. I hope that the students start the year with enthusiasm, especially in painting and history, because the children there like it a lot.

Yes, it’s good they finally held the moleben inside the new senior building. Archbishop Ionafan’s talk before the prayers always seems to settle everyone down nicely. I hope the children keep that same energy right through to the end of the year, especially in history.

I'm glad that the prayer service was finally held right in the new high school building. Bishop Jonathan’s word before prayer always sets us up in a special way. I wonder if this year the history program was changed a lot or left as before?

I'm also glad that they managed to do the prayer right in the new building, it seems more natural that way. Archbishop Ionaftan's words before the prayer really set the right tone. Do you have children or grandchildren in secondary school? I remember how my grandchildren got excited in painting lessons, but history still needed a helping hand from grandma.

I like that they did the molioben this year right in the new building for the upper classes, it seems more natural. Archbishop Ionafan's speech before the prayer always calms people down a bit. I have a little boy starting school this year, I hope he doesn't get bored of the story like I once did.

Our new building for the seniors finally getting its own moleben sounds like a real step up. Archbishop Ionafan’s talk before the prayers always seems to set a calm tone, same as what a few of you mentioned. I’m curious if they kept the old history curriculum or changed it this year, especially since my youngest grandson starts there in a couple of years.
