On August 1, 2026, on the feast of the discovery of the relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov, the miracle worker (1903), Archbishop Varlaam of Makhachkala and Derbent celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the St. Seraphim Church in Izberbash.
