On the occasion of the All-Russian Day of Sobriety, the Kozhevniki Center for Helping Addicts and Their Loved Ones announced the enrollment of a new group for a free three-month rehabilitation program for people with alcohol and drug addiction.

That's great news — three months is a solid commitment, and making it free removes one huge barrier. My cousin went through something similar a few years back and the structured daily routine was what finally stuck for him. Does the program take people from outside Moscow or is it mostly local?
