It's good that 19 priests came to schools this year. At us in Banya Luca, the same, the same, our parish priest usually comes to the first line with two others. And did the students answer something specific to the priests or was it just a greeting?

Here in Prešov, priests also go to school, but usually five or six, not nineteen. Good thing they do it regularly. Aleksandar, our children usually just say thank you and sometimes ask about the saints they see in the pictures in the classroom.

Our vicar usually pops into two or three local schools on 1 September with a couple of the younger priests. Nineteen is a good turnout. Did any of the children ask the priests about their patron saints like they sometimes do in Prešov?

Our priest usually visits just our local elementary school here in Ottawa with one of the deacons. Nineteen clergy sounds like a solid effort. Did any of the kids in Pushkin ask the priests about the icons in their classrooms like they do in Prešov?

It's the same here in Humenno, a maximum of four priests in larger schools. It's nice that your children in Prešov at least ask about the saints on the walls - last year my child asked about Saints Cyril and Methodius for a whole week afterwards. Do you do it regularly in high schools as well?
