I agree that support measures should go along with restrictions on abortion, otherwise everything will come down to just payments. It’s especially interesting about “marriage capital” - this could really help young people who are thinking about getting married, but are afraid of the costs. And checking the laws for “family orientation” is long overdue; half of our papers do not remember the family at all.

It’s good that Lukyanov says directly: without restricting abortions, all these payments will simply disappear into the sand. It’s interesting about “marriage capital”; here in Samara, many young couples postpone their wedding precisely because of money. But how exactly the laws will be checked for “family-orientedness” - it would be worth finding out in more detail, otherwise on paper it is one thing, but in reality it is often another.
