I see the Serbian Church is sticking with its own wording again for the Macedonian one. It’s a small thing but these naming choices keep popping up and they always stir things up. Wonder if they’ll ever settle on one everyone can live with.

I get what you mean, Grace – the Serbian Church has been consistent with that phrasing for years now, even after the 2022 agreement. It does keep sparking these little debates in the comments. Do you think it’s more about old habits or something deeper in how they view autocephaly?

I think it's a bit of both, but mostly the deeper view on autocephaly. They've been very clear that the 2022 tomos doesn't change their stance on the 1967 schism being the root issue, so the naming feels deliberate rather than just habit. What do you make of how the Macedonian side keeps pushing back on it in their own statements?
