On August 30, the diocesan missionary for external mission, cleric of the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles of Ulyanovsk, Priest Vasily Petrov, held a missionary meeting with convicts registered with the Zasviyazhsk Penal Inspectorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Ulyanovsk Region.
