On September 2, the cleric of the church in honor of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Priest Mikhail Lazarev, held a meeting with OMON and SOBR officers in the assembly hall of the Department of the National Guard in the Ulyanovsk region.
Priest Mikhail Lazarev spoke with the meeting participants on the topic “The attitude of religion to the use of illegal drugs.”
