On August 28, 2026, on the territory of the Chichkovsky rural house of culture, the village holiday “I love you, my dear village!” took place, timed to coincide with the Orthodox holiday of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The dean of the Navlinsky church district, Priest Timofey Uchvatov, congratulated all those present on the double holiday. The head of the Chichkovo rural administration, Valentina Sergeevna Zmeu, addressed her fellow villagers with warm words. Gratitude was received by residents of Chichkovo and Privolye who took part in community cleanups and improvement of the settlement, provided assistance to military personnel and weaved camouflage nets. Families who have been married for 25 and 50 years, local old-timers and anniversaries were also awarded. The day of the village of Chichkovo was visited by silver volunteers “Energy of Good” in the village of Navlya. They presented regional gratitude to the most active participants in volunteer activities - the L/O “Women’s Club - At the Samovar” of the Chichkovsky SDK for organizing and weaving camouflage nets, and presented memorable gifts. The concert part of the program was just as bright and eventful.

Хубаво е, че наградиха жените от „Женский клуб — У самовара“ за плетенето на мрежите, те наистина се стараят. И Валентина Сергеевна Змеу добре ги похвали всички, които са чистили селото. А отец Тимофей как поздрави с Успение — това е най-важното.

Рада, що «Женский клуб — У самовара» нарешті відмітили, вони справді багато плетуть сітки і не тільки. Валентина Сергеевна Змеу завжди вміє всіх добрим словом зібрати. А отець Тимофей Учватов як привітав з Успінням — гарно, що свято поєднали з днем села.

Хорошо, что отметили «Женский клуб — У самовара», они действительно много плетут эти сети, я сам видел, как бабушки сидят и работают. Валентина Сергеевна Змеу молодец, всегда найдет доброе слово для всех. Отец Тимофей правильно сделал, что связал Успение с днем села, это по-нашему.
