I agree, exercises are the most useful thing you can give. But I would be more careful with cigarettes: in the hospital, many are just trying to quit while they are in bed. It’s good that exercises were noted, this is really the first need. But I wouldn’t put in cigarettes - many people don’t breathe well after being wounded, and the doctors are against it. It would be better to have a couple of packs of good cookies or my oatmeal gingerbread, so that I have something to eat with tea. What would you take first if you were lying down?
