Interesting to see the Laotian president stop by the Ascension Cathedral in Almaty. Did he light a candle or just tour the building? Always curious how these state visits handle the Orthodox side of things.

Αρκετά ενδιαφέρον που ο πρόεδρος του Λάος πήγε στο καθεδρικό της Αναλήψεως στην Αλματί. Αναρωτιέμαι αν του έδειξαν και τις τοιχογραφίες ή απλώς πέρασε για μια γρήγορη επίσκεψη. Σε τέτοιες κρατικές επισκέψεις συνήθως τα κεριά τα ανάβουν διακριτικά.
