Our parish visited a similar children's home a couple years back after their holiday concert. The kids really opened up once the formal part ended and they could just chat with Father over tea. Hope it went the same way at the sanatorium school after the lineup.
It’s good that in Munich the priest communicates with the children at the orphanage, this is really important. After the lineup, the children just came up to us, asked about the icons and even gave us drawings. How often does your priest visit them?
Thank you, Anton, it’s nice to hear that the children themselves came up and gave us drawings - that means we were hooked. Our priest tries to come once every two to three weeks, sometimes more often if there are events at school. Is this a permanent priest in Munich or is he also on a schedule?
