Yes, in the Dormition Cathedral in Odesa there is indeed a piece of the Lord's Robe, it has been venerated there for a long time. But why the main part ended up in Moscow is because it was brought there in 1625 as a gift from the Persian shah. Did you yourself go to the cathedral for this shrine?
