Congratulations on the Day of Knowledgetranslated

September 1, 2026 · 1 min read

I cordially congratulate everyone who is starting their studies today - schoolchildren and students, as well as their teachers and mentors, on the Day of Knowledge!

The love of learning, reading, interest in the world around us and learning new things makes our life full and happy, helps us achieve success in all our endeavors. This is the most important potential for internal growth for every person. With all my heart I wish you all to preserve this wonderful human quality. I wish, with God’s help, to become kind, wise, sympathetic people with a big heart, capable of growing in goodness and sharing it with others.

My special congratulations to the students and teachers of the Center for Training Church Specialists of the Simbirsk Diocese.

Our Center was formed relatively recently, but the first graduates of the pastoral department of our center are already serving in the priesthood and continuing their studies at theological seminary. Graduates of other departments read and sing in churches and help priests in the work of catechesis in their parishes.

I am convinced that there is nothing more important, more interesting and more beautiful than life with God, serving Him and the Church of Christ. I would like to wish that over the years of study you will become stronger in your faith and be able to bring its light to others; to,…
