His Beatitude Father Patriarch Daniel on Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Bishop Galaction on the anniversary of three decades since his enthronement and the same since the establishment of the Diocese of Alexandria and Teleorman.
Father Patriarch Daniel emphasized that "this anniversary is, first of all, an occasion to thank the Most Holy Trinity for all the blessings showered on the Episcopate of Alexandria and Teleormanu, on its archbishop, the clergy, the monastic community and the lay faithful of this diocese in the three decades of its existence".
His Beatitude showed that bringing the relics of Saint Basil the Great to Alexandria on the occasion of the anniversary is an opportunity to strengthen the faith.
