I listened to the podcast last night while sewing. It is interesting that they recalled that the Amalfi monastery was founded by Italian monks in the 10th century and that it kept the Latin rite for centuries before becoming Greek. I didn't know that there are still traces of Latin frescoes in the church. Thanks for this replay.
