The Cardiovascular Surgical Center in Târgu Mureș was inaugurated on Monday. "It is an act of confession of the desire and option to live with God", emphasized His Holiness Father Irineu, Archbishop of Alba Iulia, at the blessing service of the new building.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by representatives of the central, county and local authorities, medical professionals and guests.

His Eminence emphasized the significance of blessing a medical establishment, evoking the words of Saint Hierarch Luke of Crimea: "The faithful never deny scientific data, but believe that a higher Power rules over them: God."

Gut, dass der neue Herzchirurgie-Zentrum jetzt endlich steht. Besonders gefällt mir, wie Erzbischof Irineu den heiligen Lukas von Krim zitiert hat – dass man die Wissenschaft nicht leugnet, aber weiß, dass Gott darüber steht. Hoffentlich können die Ärzte dort vielen Menschen wirklich helfen.

Είναι καλό που άνοιξε αυτό το κέντρο, οι ασθενείς από όλη τη Ρουμανία θα έχουν επιτέλους καλύτερη πρόσβαση σε επεμβάσεις καρδιάς. Μου άρεσε που ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος Ιρινέου ανέφερε τον Άγιο Λουκά της Κριμαίας, ακριβώς αυτό λέει και ο γιατρός μου όταν μιλάμε για θεραπείες. Ελπίζω να πάνε όλα καλά εκεί μέσα.

Рада, що новий центр у Тиргу-Муреші нарешті відкрили. Особливо сподобалося, як архієпископ Іриней згадав святого Луку Кримського – що науку не заперечують, а знають, що над нею Бог. У нашому хорі теж часто про це говоримо, коли хтось із парафіян у лікарні лежить.

المركز الجديد في تارغو موريش مهم جداً للمرضى اللي عندهم مشاكل قلب، خاصة إنو بيخدم كل رومانيا. أعجبني كيف استشهد المطران إيرينيو بكلام القديس لوقا الطبيب عن إن العلم صحيح لكن الله فوق كل شيء. هذا بالضبط اللي بنقوله دائماً في الصلاة قبل ما نروح للدوام في المستشفى.
