With due solemnity, the Holy Feast of St. Daniel of Katunakiot was held in the Holy Metropolis of Derka on September 7, 2026, during which the Archdeacon of the Holy Metropolis of Derka, Father Daniel Zafeiris, led his nomenclature.
On the eve of the holiday, Vespers was celebrated and in the morning the Divine Liturgy, with a pastry, presided over by Rev. Metropolitan of Elder Derko Mr. Apostolos, in the Holy Church of Agios Georgios Makrohori.
After the end of the Divine Liturgy, a meal was offered to all the faithful and parishioners of the Community.
