The Very Reverend Metropolitan of Austria and Archexarch Arsenius presided over the Hierarchical Polyaeretic Divine Liturgy for the Consecration, assisted by the Most Venerable Bishops Neapolis Porphyrios from the Church of Cyprus, Paisios and Aristides Maximus.
