Mission to the parish of the Lord of Glory Taboratranslated

When we travel from Mwanza to Katavi we always pass through Tambora. We also stop on the way back. We will always stop at a restaurant on the main street of Tambora, to rest, drink water and have lunch. It's on the road and always has food ready. This time we stayed in Tambora to organize the first Orthodox Parish. We met with Father Joachim Mpondo, who came to start the Mission in this city. With no other place available, we met in the courtyard of the Bethel hotel with the first group of believers and catechists, who gather in a house with Fr. Joachim, pray and catechize.

Of the 9 present, three were Orthodox young students, who are helped by the Mission and are the leaven for the creation of the first Orthodox Christian community. There are other Orthodox who work or study in Tabora and an effort is being made to gather them all together. There were 3 members of schismatic charismatic group Priest, deacon, catechist and 3 others from other confessions, all catechized.
