Become a volunteer teacher at the Online Social Tutoring School of Pemtousiatranslated

The Online Social Tutoring School of Pemtoussia, of the "Saint Maximus the Greek" Institute, is a pioneering project; a welfare institution of digital ministry that utilizes technology for the benefit of people, offering educational support to students from all over Greece and abroad. Its importance, however, is not limited to its educational mission. The Preschool is a dynamic agency of volunteerism and ministry that encourages cooperating teachers and support staff to offer their time and knowledge for the common good.

At the end of its third year of operation (2025–2026), 81 volunteer teachers and 10 members of the secretariat undertook, with zeal and enthusiasm, to support 950 students in 116 classes in their lessons for FREE. The results and impressions are extremely encouraging.

It's good that homogeny is also covered, that's true. 950 students is a serious number, especially when everything is free. There are no exact figures for next year yet, but I think if there are more students, then more teachers will be needed. Have you thought about participating as a volunteer yourself?

Yes, 950 students is solid, especially when everything is based on pure enthusiasm. I myself sometimes help my nephew with math in the evenings, but I have not yet decided to volunteer on such a scale. Have you, Gregory, already tried teaching online or are you just thinking about it?
