On the three-day period 18 – 20 JULY 2026, in the Holy Church of the Transfiguration of Prophet Ilias Attica, celebratory Masses of the Most Reverend Metropolitan Kyrillos of Kifissia, Amarousi, Oropos & Marathon will be held. As part of the celebration, the relics of Saints Martyrs Marinus & Christina, Saints Luke the Physician, Seraphim of Sarof, Holy Fathers of the Lavra of Kiev & Saints Nektarios, Demetrius, George & Saint Anne will be received.

7:00 p.m. – Reception of Holy Relics.

The Holy Relics will be buried by the Most Reverend Archimandrite

Father Efstratios Delatolas, High Priestly Commissioner of Pefki - Lykovryso. Then the sequence of the Holy Blessing.

Holiday eve

7:00 am – Solemn Divine Liturgy after divine sermon.

7:30 p.m. - Grand Solemn High Priestly Vespers after bread baking, divine sermon and the subsequent procession of the Holy Icon of the Prophet Elias on the streets: Prophet Elias - Eleusinia - Minoos - Beroia - Evia - Prophet Elias.

Хорошо, что мощи святых Луки Врача и Серафима Саровского привезут. Интересно, будут ли их выносить на литию вместе с иконой Илии Пророка в воскресенье вечером.

Oui, c’est une belle nouvelle pour les reliques de saint Luc le Médecin et de saint Séraphim de Sarov. J’espère qu’on pourra les approcher tranquillement après la liturgie de dimanche, comme on fait d’habitude à la paroisse. Est-ce que quelqu’un sait si l’archimandrite Delatolas restera pour la procession du soir ?

Oui, moi aussi j’espère qu’on pourra s’approcher des reliques de saint Luc et de saint Séraphim après la liturgie de dimanche, c’est toujours un moment précieux. Pour l’archimandrite Delatolas, d’après ce que j’ai lu, il apporte les reliques samedi soir mais je ne sais pas s’il reste jusqu’à la procession de dimanche soir. Tu comptes venir dès le samedi ?

Oui, j’espère aussi pouvoir m’approcher des reliques de saint Luc et de saint Séraphim dimanche après la liturgie, c’est toujours émouvant. Pour le père Delatolas, je pense qu’il repartira assez vite après l’accueil et l’huile sainte samedi soir, mais on verra sur place. Tu viens seulement dimanche ou aussi pour la réception des reliques ?

Pour l’archimandrite Delatolas, je pense qu’il reste seulement pour l’accueil et l’huile sainte samedi soir, comme il est assez occupé à Peúki. Moi je viendrai dès samedi pour l’Euchélaion, on se verra peut-être là-bas ?
