Event for the 200th anniversary of the Exodus: "MESSOLONGI - Everything around you is LIGHT"translated
With deep emotion, pride and a strong sense of historical memory, on Sunday, August 30, 2026, in the Open Theater of Messolonghi, in the presence of His Eminence the Metropolitan of Aetolia and Acarnania Mr. Damascenes, the great anniversary musical performance "Messolongi, all around you is Light", dedicated to the completion of 200 years since the heroic Exodus took place of Messolonghi. An evening of culture and high aesthetics, during which art met History, music met speech and emotion met national memory. Under the August sky of the Holy City, Messolonghi was not just the scene of the event. He was the big star. Present in the words, the melodies, the silences and the looks of everyone.
