On the last Sunday of September, the Holy Metropolis of Thessaliotidos and Phanariofersalon honors the Holy and glorious Hieromartyr Seraphim Archbishop of Phanarios and Neochorio, in Fanari (place of martyrdom of the Saint). This holiday was instituted in 1936 by the blessed Metropolitan of Thessaliotis and Phanariophersalon Mr. Ezekiel.

SATURDAY September 26, 2026

7:00 p.m. Official reception of the holy chariot of the Saint at the central entrance of the courtyard of the Holy Church of Saint Seraphim Phanarios, under the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Thessaliotidos and Phanariofersalon, Mr. Timotheus, and its procession into the Holy Church.

Afterwards, the Vespers liturgy of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Thessaliotidos and Phanariofersalos, Mr. Timotheus, will be performed.
