Evangelistria Piraeus: 2 tons of food and personal hygiene items in Love Packages to struggling familiestranslated

The response of dozens of our brothers to the appeal addressed by the Evangelistria Parish of Piraeus, for the collection of food in view of the summer, was great. As every year, with the interruption of the daily ration for the summer months, Evangelistria Piraeus distributes parcels of love, to all those who are fed, as well as to families that we supply with food throughout the year.

Thanks to the great response, the Parish collected and distributed 2 tons of food in parcels that included a variety of items such as Meat, Chicken, Minced Meat, Pasta, Legumes, Oil, Milk, Sugar, Flour, Tomato Paste, Biscuits, Cereals, Cleaning Supplies, etc.

The Parish warmly thanks the dozens of our fellow human beings who contributed to this effort, which for many of our brothers is a matter of daily survival.

The resumption of daily subscriptions will take place, God willing, on September 15.

We remind you that more than 120 needy people are served every day, thanks to the donations and the voluntary work of partners of our Parish.
