J’ai lu que l’icône a été peinte en 1763 par le hiérodiacre Athanase de Crète et qu’elle est la seule où la Vierge a trois yeux après le miracle. C’est vraiment particulier. Est-ce que quelqu’un sait exactement quel était ce miracle ?

I remember reading about that same icon years ago. The three eyes after the miracle part is what always stuck with me, but I’ve never found the exact story of what happened either. Does anyone here know the details?
