University Family Camp in the Diocese “My Life is Christ” - Day One.            August 18, 2036translated

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Anthony (of Sour), the most respected, the camp activities began on its first day. After the participants arrived and received their rooms, the activities began with a spiritual talk presented by His Holiness Father Joel Nassif, the parish priest of Saint Demetrius - Achrafieh, under the title “Faith is a Way of Life.” The meeting was followed by dividing the participants into teams and learning about the life story of the group’s patron saint. In the afternoon, His Holiness Father Seraphim Tarazi, parish priest of Saint Nicholas - Ballouneh, gave a talk entitled “Addiction to Pornographic Websites.”

In the evening, the participants divided into several teams and played a unique group game, Escape Room, that was characterized by enthusiasm, a spirit of challenge and cooperation.

The first day concluded with Vespers and the minor bedtime prayer, before everyone gathered around the dinner table, and a free evening in which participants gathered around the fathers to raise their concerns and discuss their ideas.
