2nd edition of "General Administrative Law" by Prokopios Pavlopoulos, Nikolaos Simantiras and Theodoros Fortsakistranslated
It is published in a 2nd edition, always by "Sakkoula publications", "General Administrative Law" with the authors of the former President of the Republic and Academician Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos, the Emeritus Professor of the Law School of the University of Athens, Mr. Theodoros Fortsakis and the Assistant Professor of the Law School of the University of Athens, Mr. Nikolaos Simantiras. This 2nd edition is revised and enriched especially in terms of jurisprudence issues - primarily of the Council of State - but also theory and legislation.
The enrichment regarding the summary analysis of the new "Local Self-Government Code" - composed of 774 articles - is highlighted with special emphasis, i.e. all the regulations, in a single text, of the organization and operation of Municipalities and Regions (law 5134/2026, Official Gazette A 103/29.6.2026).
