Solemn Vespers of Saint Christina in Lagouta...translated
On Thursday, July 23, Rev. Our Metropolitan Mr. Andreas went to Lagouta Monofatsiou, where he celebrated the solemn Vespers of Saint Christina the Great Martyr in the eponymous Holy Church. The divine word was preached by the Protopr. Theologian and Doctor, Fr. Antonios Patrikiou, from Thessaloniki, who referred theologically to the Life and miracles performed by the Great Martyr Christina. Before the dismissal, our respected Pastor appointed the vicar of the parish, Father Michael Karakostandakis, as Steward. Finally, he blessed the offered breads, thanked Fr.
