The celebration of Agia Zoni in Alli Meria is brillianttranslated

The Deposition of the Holy Belt of the Most Holy Theotokos was solemnly celebrated again this year in the homonymous Holy Chapel of the Ecclesiastical Guest House of Allis Meria. At Vespers, Rev. Metropolitan of Dimitrias and Almyros, Mr. Ignatios, flanked by Clergy of our Local Church, delegations of Holy Monasteries and a multitude of pious pilgrims.

At the end of Vespers, His Holiness made a brief review of the history of the Ecclesiastical Guest House and the Holy Chapel, on the occasion of the completion of more than twenty years since the installation and operation of the space.

Initially, he referred to the wise provision of the Church to conclude the ecclesiastical year with a Mother of God feast, that of the Deposition of the Sacred Belt, pointing out that this sacred relic remained "to bless and sanctify the faithful, so that we may all be strengthened, get strength and have communion with the Virgin Mary herself through the worship of the Sacred Belt".
