Triarchate Divine Liturgy at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Viennatranslated

On Sunday, August 30, 2026, a Triarchate Divine Liturgy was held at the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Vienna, presided over by His Eminence the Metropolitan of Austria Mr. Arsenios. The Most Reverend Metropolitan of Kastoria, Mr. Kallinikos, and the Most Reverend Bishop of Haapsalo, Mr. Damaskinos, collaborated. Also participating were Archimandrite Panteleimon Dones from the Holy Metropolis of Kastoria, Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne Ioannis Nikolitsis, Protopresbyter Zafeirios Koutelieris, Elder Radu Trandafir and Archdeacon of the Holy Metropolis of Austria George Meleshko. During his sermon, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Austria Mr. Arsenios referred to the Gospel passage and the meaning of God's vineyard. The vineyard is an image of the Church and at the same time reveals the personal spiritual life of man, whose heart God calls to become a place of fruitfulness, sanctification and communion of the divine life. His Holiness emphasized that human life is a gift from God.

Being, mind, heart, the possibility of love, repentance, prayer and communion with God are gifts of divine goodness. God…

Цікаво, що владика Арсеній говорив саме про виноградник як про серце людини. У нас на дачі під Одесою теж виноград росте, і бачиш, як треба постійно обрізати, поливати, щоб хоч трохи вродив. Мабуть, і з нами так само. Дякую за новину з Відня.

Спаси Господи за новость. У нас в Туле тоже виноград на даче растёт, но в этом году от жары ягоды мелкие вышли, хоть и поливал. Вот и с сердцем так же — без постоянного труда ничего доброго не вырастет. Интересно, а что именно владыка Арсений сказал про обрезку лозы?

Па, хвала Богу за ову службу у Бечу. Код нас у Бањој Луци се баш ових дана чита иста јеванђељска прича о винограду, па ми је занимљиво што је владика Арсеније упоредио виноград са човјечјим срцем које треба да роди. Код мог стрица на селу код Приједора увијек кажу да ако не окопаш и не зарежеш лозу на вријеме, неће бити ништа – ваљда је тако и са нама. Хвала на вијести.
