In 1992, August 2nd was also a Sunday, when in Tirana, in the very crudely restored Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin, the blessed Anastasios, Androusis, was enthroned as Archbishop of Tirana, Durres and all of Albania at that time.

Thanks for the article. I remember the moment when the author writes that in 1992 the temple was “very provisionally” restored, but Anastasius accepted it anyway and started from scratch. I wonder how many years have passed since that day - it’s already 32 years, and the church still stands in Albania.
