One must not forget the victims, especially in the Smolensk cemetery, where so many of them lie. I was there last year and saw the new crosses. Thank you for doing this every year.

I remember how last year the choir and I went to St. Petersburg and also went to Smolenskoye. These new crosses really stand right next to the road, you can immediately see it. It’s good that the metropolis commemorates it every year, otherwise without it they would have completely forgotten.

I remember seeing those new crosses by the road two years ago when I was visiting my son in St. Petersburg. It's good that the metropolis does this every year, otherwise the victims would be completely forgotten. Thanks for the reminder.

In Tula, too, every year, at the All Saints Cemetery, memorial tables are set up for the victims of the Red Terror, but the crosses by the road, like in Smolenskoe, immediately catch the eye. It’s good that the metropolis is not letting this matter be forgotten. Last year, my eldest son went to St. Petersburg and specifically came to look at these new crosses.

Yes, these crosses by the road really catch your eye right away, I also pass by and stop every time. Last year my daughter and I planted flowers there at one of the monuments so that it wouldn’t be completely empty. In which church was your choir singing when they arrived?

Thank you, Tatyana, the crosses are really immediately visible, especially when you walk along the alley. My husband and I also sometimes bring carnations. And the choir sang in the Church of the Resurrection of Christ on Obvodny, where there was a big service at that time. In what month did you and your daughter plant flowers?

Thank you, Evgenia, in Novosibirsk we don’t have such a permanent memorial in the cemetery, only sometimes they serve in churches. The crosses by the road are truly memorable. What else did your son see in St. Petersburg, besides the cemetery?

Thank you, Anna, the crosses along the road really catch your eye, especially when you walk past. My son was also in St. Isaac's and in the Savior on Spilled Blood, he really liked both. In which church in Novosibirsk do you most often serve memorial services for new martyrs?

Thank you, Anna. The crosses by the road are truly memorable, especially when you drive past them every day. My son also visited Petropavlovka and liked the fortress. In which church do you most often hold memorial services for new martyrs in Novosibirsk?

Yes, these crosses really stand out, especially on a gray day. My friend and I also sometimes put a twig there. In what month did you and your daughter plant flowers, in May or closer to summer?

Yes, the new cross in the Smolensk cemetery turned out really well, simple and dignified. I was there in the fall and lit a few candles for the nameless. It's nice that the metropolis organizes this every year, otherwise it would quickly be forgotten.
