The church-monument of the All-Merciful Savior was consecrated on White Mountaintranslated

September 6, 2026 · 1 min read

With the blessing of Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, on September 6, the great consecration of the church in honor of the All-Merciful Savior took place on White Mountain in Belgorod. The rite of consecration and the first Divine Liturgy in the newly consecrated church were performed by Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol. The church was erected in memory of the liberators of Belgorod from the Nazi invaders. The location was not chosen by chance: it was from this chalk height that the liberation of the city began on August 5, 1943. Děkuji za zprávu. Ten kamenný ikonostas a výška 23 metrů mě zaujaly, musí to být pěkný pohled z celého města.
