The husband wants a prenuptial agreement. I'm against it. What should I do?translated

Reader question:

Good afternoon. My husband and I wanted to get married. We learned that a wedding is possible only after painting at the registry office. The mother-in-law, having learned about this, now insists on a prenuptial agreement, and the husband agrees with her. I am against a prenuptial agreement. I don't understand why sviekra is bringing it out now as a condition, when the couple themselves are trying to get out of sin. This seems to me to be putting extra hurdles where they don't need to be. What do you think?
