It's nice that Metropolitan Varsonofij could once again serve with the Patriarch directly in the Lavra. I remember how we stood there for dinner years ago and the singing carried all the way to the courtyard.

Yes, the singing in the Lavra is truly unforgettable, you can feel it in your bones. I would like to know what year you were there - my husband and I went to dinner in 2017 and I still remember how we didn't mind the cold.

Yes, the singing really moves. We were there in 2019 for the evening, it was already cold then, but we were standing right next to the wall and the choir completely absorbed us. Was it your first time there with your husband, or do you return there more often?
