Slavă Domnului că a slujit în Pestera de la Kazan chiar în ziua în care se prăznuiește icoana de la Sfântul Panteleimon. Îmi amintesc și eu cum am cântat la cor odată la o asemenea liturghie, aerul era răcoros și liniștea se simțea altfel. Bine că ne aduce aminte de Maica Domnului și în zilele astea.

Yeah, that cave church always feels extra peaceful. Nice timing with the Panteleimon icon feast too. I remember the cool air down there from when I visited last summer.

Yes, the Cave Church in the Kazan Cathedral is always special, especially when the service falls on the day of the Athos icon. I, too, was there a few years ago - the cold air and silence penetrates to the bones. It is good that Metropolitan Kirill was ruling there on this particular day.
