Long jump superstar Tentoglou clinches fourth consecutive gold in European championships

Greek long jump athlete Miltos Tentoglou won gold during the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham on Tuesday night, with jumps ranging between 8.19 and 8.44, clinching his victory with 8.44, his highest score during his fourth and last attempt.

Tentoglou adds his fourth gold medal at successive European championships, securing a position as the top European long jump athlete of all time.

His 8.44 jump that led to gold was followed by Simon Ehammer’s 8.29 (Switzerland) and Bozhidar Saraboyukov’s 8.26 (Bulgaria).
