On July 8, a solemn meeting was held in Ivye dedicated to the liberation of the city and region from the Nazi invaders.

All residents of the region celebrated the 82nd anniversary, expressing their joy in poems and songs dedicated to our grandfathers and great-grandfathers and all those who worked for the Victory. The dean of the churches of the Ivyevsky district, Archpriest Vyacheslav Pashkevich, also took part in this festive event.
