Yes, in my old neighborhood in Elbasan, children played in the street without a problem until one day someone started spreading rumors about another family. Since then I learned not to ask too much about other people's affairs - God knows everything, we don't need to know everything. Good to let the children cycle freely, but with a helmet of course.
