Anger: Where is the line between protection and destruction?translated

Understand the nature of anger

Anger in itself is not evil, but a signal from the psyche about dissatisfaction with something. It can be caused by indignation at an unfair act or a violation of personal boundaries. Such anger gives us the strength to defend our beliefs and maintain spiritual integrity. However, in most cases, emotional outbursts are associated with wounded pride and lead to the destruction of personality.
