Bishop Vincent presented commemorative badgestranslated
At the diocesan administration of the city of Tara, a memorable and solemn presentation of the first breastplates to clergy took place, made in honor of the “250th anniversary of the Spassky Cathedral of the city of Tara,” established to commemorate the anniversary of the main church of the diocese.
His Eminence Vincent, Bishop of Tara and Tyukalinsk, presented commemorative breastplates to the rector of the cathedral and secretary of the Tara diocesan administration, priest Mikhail Safichuk; as well as the keymaster of the Spassky Cathedral Church, Archimandrite Thaddeus (Cherednichenko).
The archpastor congratulated Archimandrite Thaddeus and priest Michael on the memorable event, thanked them for their work for the benefit of the cathedral and the diocese, for their well-deserved recognition and for their diligent work for the glory of the Holy Church and faithful service at the throne of God in the anniversary year for the diocese.
