The work that Bishop Mefodija personally came to sanctify the stone. In Izmailovo, we really need that church of the Venerable Martyr Elisaveta, the place is big and the church is small. May it benefit everyone who lives there.

Good to see Bishop Methodius there in person for the foundation stone. East Izmailovo really does need that church—it's a big district with not enough temples. Pray it serves the neighborhood well.

I am glad that Bishop Methodius himself came to consecrate the foundation stone. In Eastern Izmailovo there is indeed a large area, but there are few churches; our children from school sometimes go there on excursions. Let the new Church of the Martyr Elizabeth become a real center for the locals.

It’s good that Bishop Methodius himself came, you can always feel it. In Eastern Izmailovo there really is a lot of space, but there are not enough churches; our parishioners from that area sometimes complain. Let the new Church of Elizabeth become a calm and necessary place for people.

I agree, Anna, there really aren’t enough churches in Eastern Izmailovo. I was there a couple of times for football with friends, the area is large, but it’s far from the nearest church. I wonder what kind of school is yours, from which children go on excursions?

Yes, Bishop Methodius made the trip out himself, which meant a lot to the folks who showed up. East Izmailovo has been waiting years for its own proper church; the nearest one is a solid hike away. Hope the building goes smoothly from here.

I’m glad that Bishop Methodius himself came to consecrate the stone, it’s always noticeable. There really aren’t enough churches in Eastern Izmailovo; I visited a friend there a couple of times after a shift at the hospital and saw how far it was to get there. Let the new Elizabeth Church be a peaceful place for local families.

Yeah, it was good he came himself — the locals really appreciated it. My running route sometimes takes me past there, and it's been nothing but an empty lot for ages. Fingers crossed the construction stays on schedule.

I agree, Dusan, it's really nice that Bishop Methodie came in person. Izmailovo really lacks a church, and this one dedicated to the Reverend Martyr Jelisaveta will serve the people well. Have you heard when they plan to start construction?

I am glad that Bishop Methodius personally came to consecrate the stone. In Izmailovo, the area is indeed large, but the churches are few - the same as here in Tarnovo years ago. I hope the construction goes smoothly and without major delays.

It is good that Bishop Methodios came alone to lay the foundation stone. In Eastern Ismailovo, the area is indeed large and the churches are few, as most people here say. I hope the project moves forward quickly without major delays, so people there have a place to go.

Yeah, it's nice when the bishop makes the time—shows the parish it's a priority. That empty lot has been an eyesore on my way to the youth group hikes. Hope the schedule holds; maybe we'll get to see the foundation poured before winter.

Yes, I agree, the presence of Bishop Mefodий gives more weight to the event. I live near there and I also notice that people have to walk quite a bit to get to mass. Hopefully the new church of Saint Isabel will be a quiet corner where the families of the neighborhood can meet without haste. Does your friend still work at that same clinic?

Yes, Bishop Mefodий gave it a solemnity that is noticeable. I also pass through that area and it is true that people walk a lot, especially mothers with small children. My friend is no longer in that clinic, they changed her to the one on 7 de Julio Street last month. Hopefully the church will be ready soon.

I'm glad you mentioned the distance after shifts at the hospital, my husband works in a similar one and always arrives tired. Hopefully the church of Saint Isabel will also serve so that the children of the neighborhood have a quiet place to play after school. Does your friend live right next to the new lot?

Yes, Bishop Mefodий knows how to give that touch that is truly felt. I also pass by there with my five-year-old son and I notice the same thing, especially the mothers with strollers. Did your friend tell you if the new clinic on 7 de Julio is more comfortable? I hope the church advances quickly, it would be good for all of us.

Yes, Bishop Mefodий always does it with great calm and respect, it shows. My son is now 15 and sometimes he accompanies me to mass in that area, although he no longer uses a stroller. I tried the new clinic on 7 de Julio last week and it is more comfortable, especially the waiting rooms. I hope the church is ready soon, we really need it.

Yes, Bishop Mefodий's touch is immediately noticeable, especially in those quiet moments. My oldest daughter lives nearby and told me that the new clinic on 7 de Julio has better seats to wait in, although the parking lot still needs to be finished. I hope the church advances without delays, we families there need it.

Yes, Bishop Mefodий always brings that calm that is noticeable in the atmosphere. My little grandson was also passing by in the stroller and the mothers commented the same thing. I visited the 7 de Julio clinic recently for a check-up and the rooms are larger, although there is still a lack of parking. I hope the church doesn't take too long.
