I saw the church in Krasnodar doing food drives for refugees last winter. How will this program train people to handle cases like that?

The Krasnodar food drives were solid practical work — our own parish here in Portland did something similar a couple years back with the local pantry. This master's program looks like it will add the theological and organizational backbone so folks can keep those efforts going without burning out or duplicating what the state already does. Have you seen any of the seminary's other social projects?
