Да, фраза «договариваться можно и нужно» прям в точку. У нас тоже трое пацанов, вечером после ужина стараемся с женой хотя бы десять минут посидеть и всё проговорить, иначе на следующий день уже искры летят. Интересно, какой пример из своей семьи он привёл на форуме, про это бы почитать.
