Our church in Podgorica always has tea with homemade jam after the 10 o'clock service. Why don't they drink tea after service in Paris?

In our parish in Poltava, after the Divine Liturgy, they always prepare homemade apple jam, which is stored in jars in the kitchen. Why is it not so in Paris - is there not enough time to jam, or they just don't know how?

In Volos after the service for Saints Anargyros we usually distribute bread and olives, not tea with jam. But in Paris they probably have different customs, it's not like here. Anyway, the article is interesting.

Our parish in Denver always serves plain koliva with walnuts after the Cosmas and Damian liturgy too, just like Radu described from Iași. Never thought about adding tea and jam like they do in Montenegro. Interesting how each place keeps its own simple tradition.

Our parish here in San Francisco does the plain walnut koliva too, but we sometimes stir in a little cinnamon for the memorial table. Never tried the Montenegrin tea and jam either. Does your Denver group add anything else to the koliva on other saints' days?
