Thank you for writing. It’s nice to see that Bishop Meliton served in Karpushikha on such a day. Just last week we were studying the lives of the apostles in Sunday school; the children especially remembered Peter and Andrew.

Thank you, Ekaterina. In our Sunday school we also recently read about Peter and Andrei - the children then asked why Andrei was the first to call his brother to Christ. And in Karpushikha the service really turned out to be very emotional, especially when the whole church sang “Our Father.”

In our parish, last week in religious education class, we drew how the apostles cast nets, so the children asked if they ever caught fish again after that. Thanks for the nice comment.
