Thank you for writing. It’s nice to see that Bishop Meliton served in Karpushikha on such a day. Just last week we were studying the lives of the apostles in Sunday school; the children especially remembered Peter and Andrew.

Thank you, Ekaterina. In our Sunday school we also recently read about Peter and Andrei - the children then asked why Andrei was the first to call his brother to Christ. And in Karpushikha the service really turned out to be very emotional, especially when the whole church sang “Our Father.”

Rada, čto Vladyka Meliton was named in Karpusihe at the Council of the Apostles. In our group, last week, we discussed how Andrej first invited Peter, and the children remembered it well. Thank you for the news.

I'm glad that you also talked about Andrej and Peter with the children, it's just that little story that's easy to remember. Here in Montenegro, we often talk about how the apostles left everything and followed Christ, without big stories. Did the children ask you anything in particular after that lesson?

I'm glad that you went through that story about Andrej and Peter with the children, it's really the easiest thing to remember. In our parish, last week in religious education class, we drew how the apostles cast nets, so the children asked if they ever caught fish again after that. Thanks for the nice comment.
